Senior Full-Stack Python / Django Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Python/Django Engineer to join our core engineering team. You will architect resilient backend systems, design high-efficiency PostgreSQL schemas, build responsive web frontends, and collaborate directly with product stakeholders across Bangladesh and international clients.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Django 5, PostgreSQL, and modern TypeScript.
• Design clean RESTful and GraphQL APIs with robust authentication and security headers.
• Optimize database queries, indexing, and Redis caching for sub-100ms response latencies.
• Mentor mid-level engineers, conduct rigorous peer code reviews, and champion clean architecture patterns.
• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, and cloud infrastructure.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional backend engineering experience with Python and Django.
• Strong command of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), query optimization, and transaction isolation.
• Experience with modern frontend fundamentals (HTML5, SCSS/CSS3, TypeScript, ES6+).
• Proficiency with Git, Linux environments, Docker, and Nginx/WSGI application servers.
• Solid grasp of OWASP top 10 security principles and defense-in-depth architecture.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Experience with Celery, Redis queues, and event-driven architecture.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud deployments (AWS ECS/RDS, DigitalOcean, Hetzner).
• Contributions to open-source software or technical writing.
