Senior UI/UX & Product Designer

Role Overview

Piegoo Software believes great software starts with exceptional design. We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to spearhead product design across web and mobile platforms. You will bridge complex client business requirements into sleek, intuitive user experiences.

Core Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive Figma prototypes, interactive wireframes, and scalable design systems.
• Conduct user research, client scoping workshops, and competitive UX benchmarking.
• Partner with frontend developers to ensure 1:1 fidelity between Figma components and production CSS.
• Create micro-interactions, motion concepts, and responsive layouts for mobile and desktop.
• Evolve brand guidelines, marketing assets, and software interface guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3.5+ years of demonstrable product design experience with a stellar Figma/Dribbble/Behance portfolio.
• Mastery of auto-layout, variables, interactive components, and tokenized design systems in Figma.
• Deep understanding of responsive layout grids, typography hierarchies, and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Strong communication skills to present design rationale to non-design clients and engineers.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities and constraints.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Experience with motion tools (Lottie, After Effects, or Principle).
• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS dashboards, ERPs, or fintech applications.
